Financial

Tuition

2011-2012 school year: $7,950 for grades seven and eight, and $8,300 for grades 9-12.  There are multiple tuition payment options available.  A Tuition Payment Plan Agreement will be mailed to you in a package with your tuition bill.

Tuition Assistance

It is our goal that no young woman be denied the opportunity to become part of the Circle of Mercy for financial reasons.  Tuition assistance is available based on the individual family's ability to pay.  In 2009-10 over $900,000 was awarded in tuition assistance to eligible families.

Our Lady of Mercy High School is working with www.tuitionaid.com (TADS), which is a website for all Accepted and Registered Students at Mercy to apply for financial aid.  TADS will evaluate financial need and make recommendations to OLMHS for tuition assistance.  Families can fill out a confidential online application and the company will send the information to Mrs. Margaret Hickey, Mercy’s Director of Finance, for review.  For more information, you can contact Mrs. Hickey at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , or 288-7120, ext. 307.

The deadline for financial aid applications is March 15, 2011. You are required to apply every year for aid, therefore, even if you have previously received aid, you must complete another application for the 2011-2012 school year at www.tuitionaid.com using our school code #32069. If you have not previously received aid, but feel that circumstances have changed and you need some assistance, you must complete an application as well. Anyone filing late will be considered, but there is no guarantee that funds will be available.  If you have any questions about the application process, please feel free to contact Mrs. Hickey at 288- 7120, ext. 307 or via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

Half of the funding is provided by Our Lady of Mercy High School. The remainder of the aid is provided by income from the Endowment Fund and donations for tuition assistance, including subsidy money from the Sisters of Mercy.
